What we collect

We process account identity, public profile and post content, payment references, bid and ledger records, reports, and basic first-party product analytics. Product analytics includes page type, post and category interactions, share actions, and bid-flow milestones. Query strings, raw IP addresses, full user agents, payment instruments, and form contents are not stored in product analytics. Supabase processes authentication credentials and account sessions; PostRank does not receive or store plain-text passwords. Razorpay processes payment instrument information; PostRank does not store complete card details.

Verified Visits

Verified Visits are not inferred from ordinary page analytics. To suppress repeats and abuse, PostRank stores keyed hashes derived from signed browser state, a coarse network prefix, and user agent, plus verification outcomes and timing. Raw network and user-agent values are not stored in the visit ledger. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical request data to distinguish people from automated traffic.

Why and how long

We use this data to operate the leaderboard, provide post owners with performance totals, account for payments and promotional credits, prevent fraud, moderate content, and understand product reliability. Behavioral analytics is normally deleted after 180 days. Financial and safety records are retained separately as required for audit, dispute, and legal obligations.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some ledger and transaction records must be retained.
