Terms of Use

Effective 25 August 2026. These Terms form an agreement between you and Mixout Technologies Private Limited, the legal operator of PostRank. Operator contact details are available on the Contact page.

Who may use PostRank

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate account and payment information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You may not use PostRank where doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, payment-network rules, or other applicable law.

The paid-placement service

A successful Fund or Boost buys a time-limited leaderboard placement benefit, not ownership, investment, advertising performance, traffic, revenue, endorsement, exclusivity, repayment, profit participation, or a guaranteed rank or duration. “Fund” means the initial cash-and-Credit amount applied to publish a post. Rank is determined only by the current total fund amount. The minimum Fund or Boost is $1. A $1 transaction is available when paid entirely with PostRank Credit; for now, any cash payment must be at least $2. We may change these minimums prospectively. A post retires permanently when displaced from the Top 10 or when its 30-day clock reaches zero. Every successfully applied Boost resets an active post's clock to 30 days. Displayed rank and entry estimates can change before final application.

Post corrections, permanent records, and community Boosts

Once payment is applied and a post is published, the author cannot cancel or delete it. For 60 minutes after publication, the author may use exactly one Correction to change the post description, destination URL, or category. A corrected destination and description are subject to the current safety and moderation checks. Verified Visits, comments, and Boosts do not shorten or close this window. A Correction does not change the author, initial fund amount, credit rate, rank, publication time, placement term, or 30-day clock. We retain an audit record and publish a correction event in the post's History. After the Correction is used or the window closes, the corrected fields are permanent.

Users may Boost their own active posts and, where the author permits it, active posts owned by others. Cash and PostRank Credit used to Boost another person's post are final placement contributions and do not transfer ownership, editorial control, attribution, Verified Visit Credit, repayment rights, or any financial interest. Disabling community Boosts affects only future Boosts and does not undo earlier contributions. Verified Visit Credit earned by a post belongs only to its author.

Comments and discussion

Signed-in users may comment and reply only while a post remains active. Comment authors may edit or delete their own published comments while the thread is active. When the post retires, its thread becomes permanently read-only: no comments, replies, edits, or deletions are accepted, while the existing discussion remains publicly archived. User deletion may leave a tombstone so replies retain context. Comments do not affect rank, PostRank Credit, Verified Visits, ownership, or payment rights. We may limit posting frequency and remove, hide, preserve, or disclose comments when reasonably required for moderation, safety, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Payments and authorization

You authorize the displayed cash amount and currency when you continue to checkout. Razorpay processes payment instruments; PostRank does not store complete card details. A payment is applied only after server-side verification and a final eligibility check. If eligibility is lost before capture, we do not capture the authorization. If capture occurs but placement cannot safely be applied, we initiate a full refund under the Cancellations and Refunds Policy. Your issuer may impose conversion, international, or other charges. Applicable taxes will be handled as required by law.

PostRank Credit and Verified Visits

PostRank Credit is a revocable promotional benefit with no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, pledged, or redeemed outside eligible PostRank Funds and Boosts. A post can earn Credit only up to its fixed initial-fund cap. We may change the earning rate prospectively; the rate displayed and recorded when a post is created is locked for that post. Verification is an anti-abuse determination, not a promise to count every click. We may reject, hold, correct, or reverse visits and Credit produced by repeats, automation, purchased traffic, self-dealing, deception, manipulation, error, or abuse, including after an initial award.

Your content and links

You retain ownership of posts, comments, replies, and other content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, archive, moderate, and promote it solely to operate and market PostRank. You represent that you have all necessary rights and that your post, comments, identity, destination, and conduct are lawful, accurate, non-deceptive, and do not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. You remain responsible for the destination and anything offered there.

Prohibited use

You may not submit or facilitate pornography or sexual services; child sexual abuse or exploitation; unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or violent content; impersonation; intellectual-property infringement; phishing, malware, scams, gambling, illegal goods or services, weapons, unlawful drugs, counterfeit documents, pyramid schemes, deceptive redirects, cloaking, artificial traffic, payment abuse, scraping, interference, or attempts to evade safety controls. Public HTTPS social and map pages may be allowed subject to the current Link Rules. Our examples are not exhaustive.

Moderation, suspension, and retirement

We may scan, normalize, quarantine, reject, remove, or disable content or links; preserve evidence; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; block users, payment instruments, URLs, or domains; and cooperate with lawful authorities. We may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, or protection of others. Moderation is not a guarantee that content or destinations are safe, accurate, or lawful. Retirement caused by the published rules is final and is not itself grounds for a refund.

External destinations

PostRank provides links to third-party sites that we do not control. A listing is paid placement, not our endorsement. You visit and transact with external destinations at your own risk, subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not a party to transactions between visitors and post authors or destinations.

Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; adjust prospective prices or credit rates; perform maintenance; and correct errors. We will not retroactively reduce a post's recorded fund amount or locked earning rate except to remedy fraud, reversal, invalid payment, manifest error, or legal requirement. No internet service is uninterrupted or perfectly secure, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostRank is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, ranking duration, audience quality, or commercial results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or conduct of users or third parties. Aggregate liability arising from PostRank will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to PostRank in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your content or destination, your products or services, your infringement of another person's rights, your fraud or unlawful conduct, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

Disputes and general terms

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts with competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any forum the law requires. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder survives. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the new effective date; material changes may require renewed acceptance. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Refund Policy, and incorporated rules are the complete agreement for the service.
